By accessing or using VyaparLekha ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and businesses registered on the platform.

You agree to use the platform legally, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable Indian laws including the GST Act, IT Act 2000, and any relevant regulations. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to misrepresent your business identity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at info@vyaparlekha.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

We offer a 3-month free trial to new users. The trial includes full access to all features at no charge. Trial terms, duration, and available features may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Our Refer & Earn programme allows users to earn additional free months by referring valid new users. Abuse of the referral system — including fake sign-ups, self-referrals, or use of bots — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earned referral benefits.

All subscription payments are processed securely via our payment partners. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days prior notice to active subscribers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation before deletion.

VyaparLekha is a business management tool. We are not responsible for financial, tax, or accounting errors resulting from data entered by users. The platform does not provide legal or chartered accountancy advice. Users are responsible for verifying GST filings with a qualified professional.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
